By using Proxe, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

When you make a pledge, you agree to our Refund Policy and understand that charges may be applied according to the rules of each idea or challenge. You must comply with our payment and refund policies. By pledging, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you accept the terms governing when and how you may be charged.
You agree not to post illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content you submit as needed to operate and promote the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our policies. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
The Proxe name, logo, and platform are our property. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license above.
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Outcomes of ideas and challenges depend on users and verification; we do not guarantee any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from pledges, charges, or refunds. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other reasons we determine in good faith. You may stop using the platform at any time.
